MOUNTAINVIEW MOTORSPORTS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

SPECIAL ORDERS

Effective September 15, 2019
All special orders require pre-payment. Any items special ordered that are not a normal stocking item will be charged a restocking fee as well as shipping charges. All fees and shipping charges will vary as per the suppliers return policies/guidelines. Products returned must have receipt, in new unused condition with original undamaged packaging. Refunds will not be processed until the product has been inspected by the supplier and credit issued. A tracking number will be provided per return for consumers to monitor the status of the return to the supplier. Returns on special orders will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from the supplier’s invoice date. Refunds will be done by method of original payment with the first 15 calendar days and will be issued a store credit for the remainder of the 30 calendar day return period.

No returns will be accepted on special order electrical items.
 

IN STORE PURCHASES

In store purchases may be returned in new unused condition, with receipt and undamaged packaging. Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from date of purchase. Returns made within 15 calendar days of purchase will have a full refund issued in the original form of payment taken. An in-store credit will be issued for the remainder of the 30 calendar days. An exchange may be done within the 30 day period for the same product.

All sales are final on helmet purchases.
